To be eligible for a return, all we ask is that you're able to provide a reason for your return and your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will share instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Faulty/Damaged/Wrong Product
In the event of receiving a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at hello@thegroundinghub.com along with your order number and supporting images, so we can look into the issue further. Kindly include your order number in the email to facilitate the return process.
Change Of Mind/Exchanges
If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed, please contact us at hello@thegroundinghub.com. Once the order has been despatched, cancellation is no longer possible and a return will need to be initiated once the item is received.
Never received
If your order tracking indicates that your shipment has been delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to us within 1 week of the delivery date. We will investigate the situation and may issue a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
